Are You Taking Action?

We are now over two-thirds through 2010. October marks 75% of the 2010 year.

An entire 8 months of 2010 have passed. Soon there will only be 3 months until 2011.

How are those New Years Resolutions looking?

Are you on track with the goals you set in the beginning of the year?

If you’re goal was to lose 15lbs of fat, have you lost 10lbs already?
If you’re goal was to add 10lbs of lean body mass, have you gained 7lbs of muscle?
If you’re goal was to drop 30 seconds off your 5k time, have you taken the necessary measures to do so?

It’s amazing how quickly time passes by. Don’t waste a single moment.

If your goal was fat loss – start NOW.
If your goal was muscle gain – begin TODAY.
If your goal was increased sports performance, start training NOW! Don’t wait for the few weeks leading up to the season…this will drastically shortchange your potential.

Over 66% of this year is gone forever. Soon 75% of this year will be gone. Will you make changes Today, or will you be joining in with the groups at the Holiday parties talking about how “this year” you’ll actually make an effort to reach your goals?

Instead, why not stand out at the end of the year as the one who has actually taken measures to achieve goals, and has a head start on 2011?

Before you know it, it will be 2011….

Where will you be? It’s not too late.

But the time will pass anyway….
